Hard to believe it's been almost a year since we first met and we talked about surgery. From the moment we first talked, you answered my most detailed questions about all the options I could choose from, the procedures you would do and also everything about recovery, which of course is a huge question for anyone facing any kind of surgery.

At each turn, you were the quintessential professional, offering expertise, guidance, reassurance and skill - and may I say, a great sense of humor which always alleviates tension and nerves before and after! Your staff also was unbelievably supportive, nurturing, helpful - and oddly enough, started to feel a little like family in their care and concern over each patient that walked through your doors.

The fact that you called one year out to check on my progress also speaks of your dedication to your patients and concern over their well-being. So this person who came to you a year ago, saying "Help - I look tired when I'm not - I've got bad baggy eye genes and more," is eternally grateful for giving me back a sense of energy and health that goes with the rest of me. Thank you for not only your expertise, but your passion for your patients' general health, your sense of humor, and commitment to happy lives.
