Our staff walks you through every step of your medical/surgical procedure or skin care treatment from providing the information you need and scheduling appointments to preparing for your procedure and ensuring a safe and healthy recovery.
Our patient coordinators are your first point of contact here at the Lone Tree Facial Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Center. They schedule appointments, check in patients, answer your questions and direct phone calls. They also process insurance information, ensure that charges are made correctly, and collect payments.
Your preoperative and surgical procedures are scheduled by our surgery coordinator. She also informs patients of the exact cost of the surgery before they schedule procedures and makes certain that patients understand the extent of the insurance coverage for their specific procedure.
Our nurses are available to answer all of your questions regarding procedures and they provide care for you throughout the process. They conduct patient interviews, provide nursing care, administer medications and conduct phone consultations. Our nurses also help in surgery and perform advanced skin care treatments.
Dr. Schaler is an experienced facial reconstructive and cosmetic surgeon and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
